Flexible times for you to get to the Gym
We understand that getting anywhere on time with a new baby is next to impossible. That's why we have a 90 minute time frame you can come in and complete your program written by us, with a coach present to help guide you through your workout, correct your technique and answer any questions you have. And of course your little one is welcome to join you!
While we are building, we have two mornings a week - Monday and Wednesday, where we are running between 10.30am and 12pm out of Fitness HQ Cannington. As the program grows we will add more mornings.

Seed
Seed is the first stage of the Mumma Moves Co. program. 8 weeks long, it is designed to get you back moving again after the birth of your child. It has the initial focus of reengaging your core and strengthen your pelvic floor while building some base level strength through your legs and upper body.
Our program is written by a Physiotherapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach and mum. She's been where you are and knows how to get your feeling strong again
Our 3 Stage Program
Sprout
Sprout is the second stage of the Mumma Moves Co. program. Now adding more core to extremity movements to challenge your core and overall strength and continue building your back to your prebaby body. Mum strength is carrying your baby while picking objects off the floor, doing the cleaning, the cooking and keeping the house hold running. We will make sure you're fit for life.
Bloom
Bloom is the third stage of the Mumma Moves Co. program. While continuing to build your core and pelvic floor strength, the goal is to build upper and lower body strength so you can tackle the big wide world with your baby on your hip. 200m walk carrying a back of shopping and your baby? No problem. Bub loves to be thrown and caught for hours on end? Easy. Mums can do it all!
